Dreams are important.
I'm talking about the dreams you have when you're asleep.
Don't disregard your dreams, thinking they're a mash of nonsense that your brain randomly generates.
Nobody knows why we dream.
Some scientists think that dreaming helps us solve problems - that's just one theory and one good reason to give them the time of day.
Take a little time in your morning to consider them.
Look for patterns. Search for meaning. You may discover something new about yourself and your journey.
