Ticket and merch sales only follow once a listener becomes a fan.
As a business owner, your music consists of:
- Why you do what you do and how you communicate this
- Your values and how they align with your customers
- The understanding you have of your customers
- The tone of voice you use
- Your brand style
Your product or service is secondary.
Get your music in the relevant ears, make them a fan, and your merchandise will sell.
