Most of us are walking around in a haze.

We're all trying to find something and move forward.
This is how you start:
👉 Commit to evolving
👉 Understand who you are
👉 Accept who you are

I met Arnold Schwarzenegger several years ago at a book signing.
I have always been fascinated by his ability to so clearly visualise and set personal goals, and his complete dedication to achieving them.

➡️ Keep moving forward
Regardless of what life throws at you, moving past the issues and making progress is the only way to reach your goals.
Keep trying stuff, and you will find something that you like and that gives you purpose.
Purpose is the shell that builds the resilience we need to get through the hard times 🪖
