Founder & Employee Photography
Strong brands start with faces people trust. Most companies hide behind generic headshots or corporate stock images, killing credibility. I creatively direct and photograph founders and teams in a way that reflects who they are: human, confident, and worth paying attention to.
Why This Matters
People buy from people; your audience will judge your business in seconds. If your visuals look flat, mismatched, or soulless, they assume your brand is the same. Consistent, well-executed photography builds trust, raises perceived value and gives you assets you can use everywhere.
Founder Photography

Employee Photography

On-Location or Studio
I shoot in your space, outdoors, or in a controlled studio setup - whatever shows the real energy of your brand.
The Styles
Documentary-style and posed.
Modern. Minimal. Honest. No awkward posing. I direct every shot so you and your team feels natural, confident and consistent. The final images look like real people you’d trust and not posed mannequins.
The Process
Consultation: I ensure that I have a complete understanding of what you need to achieve and offer solutions best suited to your goals.
Shot plan: I provide a clear proposal, including guidance on aspects such as locations, clothing and style.
Photography session: My sessions are experiences, designed to build your confidence in a relaxed, fun way - if you're enjoying yourself, this translates into your images.
Delivery: High-resolution images optimised for your needs - web, social or print.
The Result
A library of images that gives your brand visibility, credibility and consistency everywhere your audience sees you.

Technical ability
I shoot with a 40 megapixel Fujifilm X camera - it's a powerhouse but compact and silent. My role on a shoot is to direct and engage first, and photograph second.
I also use several flash units for many of my sessions, including the AD200 Pro II and V100.
All post-processing is carried out in Capture One, with Photoshop work undertaken when necessary.
Output for large format print work can be created if required, through Topaz upscaling.
