As part of the Studio Self-Made team, I co-designed and delivered a personal-branding workshop for master's students at Nottingham Trent University - postgraduates approaching a job market where strong academic credentials are no longer enough on their own to stand out.
The session helped them turn what they've studied and who they are into a clear professional identity.
Built on the same game-world structure we use across much of our work, it moved through their skills, their interests, and the impact they want to make, and showed them how those combine into something distinctive - a way of being recognised for more than a transcript.
This is the principle behind everything I do. You don't stand out by polishing your credentials - you stand out by being clear on who you are and letting people see it.
