As part of the Studio Self-Made team, I co-designed and delivered a personal-branding workshop for graduates of the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, who had already chosen the enterprise path and were starting to build something of their own.

For this group, the challenge was not the belief that business is for them, since they had already made that decision. It was visibility: making sure the way they present themselves matches the ambition they already have.

The session worked through what they're good at, what they're interested in, and the impact they want to make, and turned that into a clear, authentic way of showing up, online and in the rooms they walk into.

The principle runs through all my work. The person is the focus. Get someone clear on who they are and what they offer, and the visibility takes care of itself.
