Forget beginning, middle and end. This isn't bedtime.
A story doesn't need a plot. It can be a snippet - one thing you've noticed that's useful to someone else.
People get this wrong about storytelling: they think it means a polished arc, so they don't bother.
An idea. An opinion. A feeling. An experience. A lesson. Any one of those, told plainly, is a story - because it reveals how you think, and that's what people remember and act on.
You're not writing a novel. You're showing your working.
